1. Group Registration Application Period: February 26, 2025 (Wednesday) 10:00 AM ~ Until full (first-come, first-served)

2. Test Type: 100th Korean Proficiency Test (TOPIK II)

- Test Date: May 11, 2025 (Sunday)

- Test Location: Dongguk University (Seoul)

- Only TOPIK II can be registered through group registration. TOPIK I cannot be registered in a group.

3. Eligible Participants: Current students of Dongguk University (undergraduate, graduate, language program students)

4. Number of Participants for Group Registration: 120 people

- Applications will be accepted up to 130 people to accommodate for any cancellations.

- Even if you submit the application form, registration may not be processed due to the first-come, first-served policy. In such cases, separate guidance will be provided via individual email.

5. Application Process: Fill out the Google Form (Google login required)

(opens after 10:00 AM on February 26, 2025)

② Upload Photo: Upload your photo during the last step of the Google Form application

- Please prepare your photo in advance as you will need to upload it during the application process.

- Photo Specifications: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, passport-style front-facing photo with a white background

- Photo File Size: 200 KB or less, JPG format, Filename: Your English name

③ Payment of Exam Fee: 55,000 KRW

- After 1:00 PM on February 26, 2025 (Wednesday), visit the Korean Language Institute's Academic Operations Office (Hyehwa Hall 501) to pay in cash

- The exam fee must be paid on the same day as the online application. If the payment is not made, the registration will be canceled.

6. Issuance of Admission Ticket: Please visit the Korean Language Institute one week before the exam date to receive your admission ticket.

7. Important Notes:

- When applying, please ensure that your personal information (English name, date of birth, etc.) is entered accurately. Incorrect information will prevent you from taking the exam.

- If you register through the group registration, you will not be able to check your application details on the TOPIK personal login page.

- Cancellations and refunds can be made until 12:00 PM on May 9, 2025 (Friday), with a 40% refund of the exam fee.

- Students who are unable to register through the group registration can apply during the individual registration period (Individual Registration Period: March 11-17, 2025, apply directly on the official TOPIK website).
