- Leave of absence is not permitted for language training students in accordance with the Guidelines for Visa Issuance and Stay Management for International Students.
- Before the beginning of the semester: Full refund except for application fees
- After the beginning of the semester: Refund in accordance with applicable laws (Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education Act)
- D-4 visa holder: If a withdrawal application is accepted, visa (D-4) will be canceled within 15 days upon such receipt.
- Blank period visa is a term that does not exist in immigration law. Although visa (D-4) is extended under certain conditions, it cannot be in principle.
- Refund cannot be made without ①flight ticket leaving Korea within 15 days from the application date or ②visa change documents
- If there is a missing document, an application will be rejected. The applicant takes responsibility for any refund delay due to such rejection. Additional documents may be requested depending on the reason.
- It takes up to 1 month to refund, and it may be adjusted due to internal circumstances.
- For those leaving Korea, refund will be made once they are confirmed to be left.
- D-4 visa: To be canceled within 15 days upon withdrawal approval.
