□ Application Methods: Self-Service Certificate Printing(KIOSK)

□ Certificate Types and Fees (Card Payment Only)

※ Location of Self-service certificate printer(Kiosk): 1st floor of Hyewha hall

□ Steps for Self-Service Certificate Printing(Kiosk): Click "Start." → Enter your ID and password → Select the required certificate and quantity and click “Next” → “Payment” → Choose “Credit Card” → Insert credit card → Complete payment

□ Steps for Homepage Printing: Access www.dongguk.edu → Click “Certificate Issuance” on the main page → Select “Print Certificate - Issue” → Log in using ID (Student Number) and Password (Birthdate in the format YYMMDD + dg!, e.g., 991225dg!) → Click “Issue” → Choose the language (Korean/English) of certificate → Select the type of certificate and complete the application → Choose “Payment Method - Credit Card” and enter your contact information → Agree to the terms → complete payment

□ Steps for PDF Certificate Download: Access www.dongguk.edu → Click “Certificate Issuance” on the main page → Select “E-Certificate (PDF) → Log in using ID (Student Number) and Password (Birthdate in the format YYMMDD + dg!, e.g., 991225dg!) → Select “Apply for PDF Certificate” → Choose the language (Korean/English) of certificate → Select the type of certificate and complete the application → Choose “Payment Method - Credit Card” and enter your contact information → Agree to the terms → complete payment

※ ID: Student Number / PW: Birthdate in the format YYMMDD + dg!, (e.g., 991225dg!)

□ Notes

- From the 2024 winter semester, certificates will no longer be issued at the Korean Language Center Administration Team office.

Bank verification letters will also cease issuance starting 2024 winter semester (can be substituted with Enrollment Certificate).
