Guide of Dormitory Application for 2024 spring semester (Extension and New) is as following.
1. Application Target : Students(Currently studying at DIKL) who wants to extend Or get new admission to the dormitory.
2. Application Procedure : Submit Application Form → Announcement of Accepted Dormitory Applicants → Payment of Dormitory Fees by Accepted Applicants
→ Submit Related Documents Prior to Dormitory Entry → Move-In to Dormitory

※ The above information corresponds to Namsan dormitory,
When Namsan Dormitory reaches full capacity, excess applicants will be allocated to Chungmu dormitory.

※ The payment process will be notified separately to the accepted applicants
7. Application Method: Submit the online application form (Refer to the link below)

※ For students wishing to apply for dormitory accommodation, the tuition fees for the corresponding period of Korean language institute must be already paid
※ Initial assignment will be to Namsan dormitory, but if it reaches full capacity, the remaining students will be allocated to Chungmu dormitory.
8. Others
A. Selection of the dormitory admitted applicants
: Internal dormitory selection rules
1) Priority allocation for new admissions
2) New admissions for 3-month stay are also accepted, but priority will be given to applicants applying for a 6-month stay
B. Documents required while moving in
1) Passport (paper copy not available)
2) Chest X-ray Results Confirmation
※ Only documents within 1 month(30 days) based on the date of moving in and must be submitted by paper.
CD and other forms are not accepted.
C. Starting from 2023, the previously applied deposit system has been abolished and has been standardized to facility maintenance fee 30,000 KRW.
This amount is non-refundable.
※ However, In situations such as facility damage or loss of access cards, Compensation will be based on actual costs.
D. Refund policy
1) Cancellation one day before the official move-in date: Full Refund
2) Other cases will be evaluated based on internal dormitory arrangements.
