Dongguk Institute of Korean Language is conducting e-book pilot classes for some classes in the first and second grades of the spring semester of 2023. 

From the summer semester of 2023, both grades 1 and 2 will be taught in earnest with E-BOOK.

Dongguk Institute of Korean Language is promoting the introduction of classes using e-books for the first time in a Korean language training institution affiliated with a university in Korea to create an educational environment that leads the digital era. The newly developed Dongguk University Korean e-book (name: Dongguk Korean) has added a wealth of learning materials and learning support functions, including voice files that cannot be found in existing paper books, to help students learn more effectively and interestingly. It will also provide an optimized learning environment centered on learners through continuous content updates.

Starting in the summer semester of 2023, first and second grade students at Dongguk University will be taught by e-books, and all students must prepare a tablet PC (PAD) or laptop in advance (cell phones are not available).

Please understand that students who do not have the digital device cannot participate in the class.

Other class materials (workbooks, vocabulary books, etc.) other than textbooks necessary for e-book classes will be provided separately in the form desired by students. 

Dongguk Institute of Korean Language will continue to do its best to operate the latest trends and learner-centered curriculum.
