The following is the guide for information about applying for extension of dormitory and new residence in the summer semester of 2023.
1. Application procedure: Submit an application form→Announce of the list of the admitted applicants in the dormitory→The admitted applicants pay dormitory fees→Submit the related documents before the entry→Enter the dormitory

4. Method of apply : Submit to E-mail of Korean language Institute(klc@dongguk.edu) or an administrative team
※When sending an e-mail, make sure to specify the title as 'Apply for Dormitory’
※Students who want to extend their dormitory or new apply for dormitory, must pay tuition fees including the period of residence.
(ex. Applicants for Summer semester dormitory: 23-Summer semester tuition payment)

6. Announcement of the list of the admitted applicants

7. Payment of dormitory fees: The admitted applicants will be informed separately.
8. Other notifications
A. Selection of the dormitory admitted applicants: Closing on a first-come, first-served basis(The number of residents are limited)
B. From 2023, the deposit system will be deleted and an additional 30,000won will be received for facility management. The facility management fee will not be refunded, and if there is any damage to the facility or loss of access card, it will be charged at the actual cost.
C. Chungmu Residence Hall will assign some of the four-month applicants, and when applying for an extension of the summer semester, they will move to Namsan Residence Hall and live there.
D. Submission of documents when moving in
1) Passport (paper copy not available, onlu included newly students)
ARC CARD(only included extending dormitory students)
2) Tuberculosis Results Confirmation
* Only documents within 1 month(30 days) based on the date of moving in are available, and must be submitted by the result sheet(paper), not CDs,etc.
3) COVID-19 questionnaire and indemnity report
(to be completed at the time of check-in)
4) COVID-19 vaccination confirmation
*Documents in English or Korean for those who have been vaccinated only
E. There may be no deduction refund or refund in accordance with the refund regulations if you give up your entry of the dormitory or leave the dormitory after the base date(2023.06.19./2023.06.22)
※The person who cancel the application until June.19th.2023 or June.22th.2023 all the dormitory fees will be refunded.
F. Related details will be sent separately when the admitted applicants are notified.
