The following is Information Regarding Application for Extension and New Admissions to the Dormitory for the Fall Semester of 2023.
1. Application Procedure: Submit an Application Form → Announcement of Accepted Dormitory Applicants → Payment of Dormitory Fees by Accepted Applicants → Submission of Related Documents Prior to Dormitory Entry → Dormitory Move-In

4. Method of Application : Submit to E-mail of Korean language Institute (klc@dongguk.edu) or Submit to Administrative Team
※When sending the email, make sure to specify the title as 'Application for Dormitory’
※Students who want to extend their dormitory or newly apply for dormitory, must have paid tuition fees including the period of residence in advance.
ex) Applicants for 4 months: 23-Fall semester tuition payment in advance
Applicants for 6 months: 23-Fall & Winter semester tuition payment in advance

8. Other notifications
A. Selection of the dormitory admitted applicants: Closing on a first-come, first-served basis (The number of residents are limited)
B. From 2023, the deposit system will be deleted and an additional 30,000won will be received for facility management. The facility management fee will not be refunded, and if there is any damage to the facility or loss of access card, it will be charged at the actual cost.
C. If a student currently residing in Chungmu Hall wishes to extend their stay and relocate to Namsan Hall. they can make a separate request via email.
D. For new applicants, dormitory assignments are determined based on internal dormitory arrangements. Therefore, once the dormitory assignment is confirmed, it is not possible to change to another dormitory.
E. Submission of documents when moving in
1) Passport (paper copy not available)
2) Tuberculosis Confirmation Certificate(Paper Document)
* Only documents within 1 month(30 days) based on the date of moving in are available, and must be submitted by the result sheet(paper), not CDs, etc.
F. Refund policy
1)Cancellation one day before the official start date: Full Refund
2)If the remaining period is more than 31 days from the official move-out day: 150,000 won will be deducted from the remaining dormitory fee
3)If the remaining period is less than 30 days: No refund
4)Expulsion: Deducting 30% of the remaining amount, if the remaining period is less than 30 days, a refund is not made.
