1. The result of 2024 Fall semester Successful Dormitory Applicants: will be emailed individually
2. Payment deadline: 23:59, August 19, 2024(Korean Standard Time)
※ The payment should be made and confirmed within the deadline.
3. Move-in procedures Residence fee payment within deadline → Submit the required document by September 2nd to DIKL’s email(klc@dongguk.edu)→ Move in the dormitory

6. Required documents: Unable to move in any case if not submitted
1) The oath of residence
2) Copy of Passport
3) Certificate of TB (tuberculosis) Screening (printed)
※ X-RAY photos or CD format cannot be submitted.
※ Only documents within 1 month(30 days) based on the date of moving in
※ Students who do not have a TB (tuberculosis Screening) certificate can receive a diagnosis on the same day after undergoing a test at ‘Yoon Chang-ok Internal Medicine Clinic’ near the school.

4) Evidence of measles vaccination: 1) Proof of measles vaccination, 2) measles vaccination certificate, and 3) measles antibody test result, choose 1 of 3.
※ Antibody test results take about 2 to 5 days to issue, so testing before entering Korea is recommended.
7. Refund policy
1) Cancellation one day before the official move-in date: Full Refund
2) Other cases will be evaluated based on internal dormitory arrangements.
※ Starting from the 2023 school year, the deposit system that was previously applied has been abolished and the facility management fee has been changed to 30,000 won, and this amount is non-refundable. However, in case of damage to facilities or loss of access card, actual expenses will be charged.
8. Notice
1) If the deposit details of the dormitory fee are not confirmed within the payment deadline, and the dormitory fee is not deposited, it is considered as abandonment of employment.
2) When transferring money in Korea, please deposit it in the name of the depositor and send the deposit receipt to the email (klc@dongguk.edu ). (No need to submit overseas remitter)
3) All fees incurred upon remittance will be borne by the student.
