The application period is from Apr. 1 to Apr. 24, and submissions are made online at the Seoul in Your Hand website.

The city will select the final 333 winners based on creativity, suitability, and popularity.
The results will be announced on Mon, Apr. 29 on the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s website.
Winners will receive a certificate and cash prize from the Mayor of Seoul Metropolitan Government.
