The following is the guide for information about applying for extension of dormitory and new residence in the winter vacation of 2022. 

1. The applicants standards:

   Among the current residents living at Namsan Residence Hall or Chumgmu Residence Hall for four months, those who wish to apply for an extension of winter vacation or 

   newly  students who wish to live in the dormitory for four months.  Only available for the students who have paid tuition completely for the Winter Semester.

2. Application procedure: Submit an application form→Announce of the list of the admitted applicants in the dormitory→The admitted applicants pay dormitory  fees→Submit the related                                      documents before the entry→Enter the dormitory

5. Method of apply : Submit to E-mail of Korean language Institute(klc@dongguk.edu)

       ※When sending an e-mail, make sure to specify the title as 'Apply for Dormitory’

6. Application form : See attachment

7. Announcement of the list of the admitted applicants 

8. Payment of dormitory fees: The admitted applicants will be informed separately.

9. Other notifications

A. Selection of the dormitory admitted applicants : Closing on a first-come, first-served basis(The number of employees are limited)

B. The dormitory admitted new applicants should submit the certificate of immigration and chest X-ray examination results to the dormitory administration team before entering.

C. Extension applicants may move their current room to another room.

D. There may be no deduction refund or refund in accordance with the refund regulations if you give up your entry of dormitory or leave the company after the base date(2022.12.22.)

E. The deposit would be refunded in full if there is no damage to the facilities and equipments when leaving.

F. Related details will be sent separately when the admitted applicants are notified.
