- New issuance: One complimentary issuance. Student ID card will be distributed within a month after class begins.
- Application for Korean name and photo modification(Application method refer to separate notice)
- Modification of Korean name: Check your name with your mobile student ID. If you wish to change your name, apply to your class teacher by Friday of the
first week of school.
- Modification of Photo: Check your photo with your mobile student ID. If the photo is not yours, please submit your photo to by Friday of the first week of school. However, students are not allowed to change to another photo of yourself.
※ Application must be made within the deadline. Application for re-issuance at the central library individually if not applied.
- Reissue(lost, etc): Information desk at 2nd floor of Library. Issuance fee is 5,000won.

- Access to Facilities: You may use the Dongguk University Main Library Reading Rooms and IF Zone (Computer Information Room)
※ However, the 3rd floor Law School Reading Room is not available for use
- Book Borrowing: You may borrow up to 5 books at a time. Loan period is 15 days, with a one-time renewal allowed
- Regulations for Late Returns or Damaged Books
- You must submit the same title of the borrowed book to the library and pay a ₩1,000 fee (for processing)
- If the same edition is unavailable (e.g., out of print), you must submit a revised edition
- For lost or damaged books, overdue fines must be paid separately in cash, and details on overdue fines can be found at the library
