2026 Summer Semester Dormitory Application Notice
1. Application Eligibility: Korean Language Education Center students (new or current) wishing to reside in the Namsan Dormitory.
- Current residents scheduled to move out in June who wish to extend their stay must also apply.
- Applicants must complete their tuition payment for the Spring semester; otherwise, the application will be canceled.
2. Application Schedule:
(April 21st – April 27th) → Screening process → Announcement of Successful Applicants (May 1st) → Registration for Successful Applicants (By May 8th) → Announcement of Additional Successful Applicants (May 11th) → Registration for Additional Applicants (By May 15th) → Submission of Documents (By May 29th) → Move-in Date (June 11th)

※The announcement schedule for successful applicants is subject to change depending on internal circumstances.
3. Recruitment Capacity: 45 students (13 Males, 32 Females)

5. Application Method: Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through the online application form(https://naver.me/5ho3etrK)
※ The application form will open on April 21 at 10:00 AM
*Application Period: April 21, 10:00AM – April 27, 17:00PM
※ Please note that applicants may be selected based on academic performance, attendance rate, and other factors during the screening process. Therefore, even students who apply earlier may not necessarily be accepted
6.Selection Criteria: Selection will be conducted in accordance with the internal dormitory admission regulations
7.Weekend and Late-Afternoon Check-in Not Available
※Available Check-in Hours:10:00AM – 4:30PM(Lunch break:12:00PM – 1:00PM)
※Check-in is not permitted outside of the designated hours
8.Required Documents for Move-in(For new residents only; not required for extension applicants): Failure to submit the required documents will result in denial of move-in
a.Dormitory Agreement Form: Please refer to the attached file
b.Copy of Passport
c.Tuberculosis (TB) Test Certificate
※X-ray images or CD copies will not be accepted
※The certificate must be issued within 30 days prior to the move-in date
※Students who do not have a TB test certificate may take the test at Yoon Chang-ok Internal Medicine Clinic near the university and receive the certificate on the same day.

d.Proof of Measles Immunization: Please submit one of the following
1)Measles Vaccination Certificate, 2)Measles Vaccination Verification Form, 3)Measles Antibody Test Result
※ Applicants must have completed two doses of the measles vaccine, Depending on the antibody test result, dormitory move-in may not be permitted.
※As it takes approximately 2-5 days to receive the antibody test result, students are strongly advised to complete the test before entering Korea.
9.Refund Policy
a. If cancellation is made by one day before the official move-in date, a full refund will be provided.
b. For all other cases, the dormitory refund policy shall apply
※ Beginning in the 2023 academic year, the previous deposit system was abolished and replaced with a KRW 50,000 facility management fee, which is non-refundable. However, in cases of facility damage or loss of the access card, actual costs will be charged separately.
