We are announcing the dormitory’s application from the 24^th December of 2021.

Dormitory application and extension is held by our KLC e-mail or direct visit.

1. Information: International language students / fresh student.

※ Only those who have completed vaccination (2 weeks after the second vaccination) are valid to apply.

2. Selection schedule:

Application timeline: ~ 2022.01.26. (Wednesday)

Successful candidate announcement: 2022.01.28 (Monday)

Acceptance timeline: 2022.01.29 (Saturday) ~ 2022.02.09 (Wednesday) 24:00

Entry timeline: 2022.02.24 (Friday) ~ until 2022.02.28 (Monday) 16:00

3. Dormitory fee:

4. Period of residence.

1.) 4 months: 2022.02.24 (Thursday) ~ 2022.06.20 (Monday)

2.) 6 months: 2022.02.24 (Thursday) ~ 2022.08.22 (Monday)

6. Documents needed after entry:

1) Passport copy

2) Chest X-ray results (Tuberculosis test for dormitory entry – Documents within 1 monthfrom the date of entry)

3) Certificate of Immigration (Overseas entrants - ENTRY CONFIRMATION issued at the airport /
Residents in Korea – Only documents issued within 3 daysof the date of entry are accepted (Community center, Civil service 24)

4) PCR test results (within2 daysfrom the date of entry, Voice results and message with your name on it is available)

5) Confirmation of COVID 19 vaccination (New revisions to the confirmation of corona vaccination and PCR confirmation. Frequently Asked Questions about Overseas Inoculation History Registration – Check the attached file)

6) Corona questionnaire and confirmation letter (Check attached file)

7) Admission certificate (When entering the dormitory, fill out and submit it at the dormitory administration)
